Know what is changing around your land before the market does.
RezoneWatch reads City of Austin zoning cases and site plan filings and shows you which ones sit on your property, belong to the same project, or are active nearby. Distances are measured to the edge of each case boundary, not to a pin.
Free during early access. Austin city limits only. Public City records, with a link to the source.
Live from the database: 305 City cases within half a mile of a sample point (30.2722, -97.7355), 11 of them active. Data refreshed Oct 27, 2026 at 20:22 UTC.

How it works
Enter a location
An Austin address, map coordinates, or a City case number.
See what touches it
Every zoning and site plan case on or around the point, grouped as on this property, same project, area-wide, active nearby, and history.
Open the record
Each case shows the City status, proposed zoning or land use, filing dates, linked cases, the changes RezoneWatch has detected, and a link to the City source.
Watch your land
Save the location. Each time the City data is refreshed, RezoneWatch records what changed around it.
The real interface

Questions
Where does the data come from?
From the City of Austin public zoning review case and site plan review case layers. Every case page links to the City record when the source provides a link.
How current is it?
The date of the latest refresh is shown on every search. RezoneWatch only reports what the City has published at that time; the City record is the authority.
Which area is covered?
Cases filed with the City of Austin. Locations outside the city return no results, and that is shown plainly.
Is this legal or zoning advice?
No. RezoneWatch organizes public records. Confirm anything important with the City and with your own advisers.
