The information that moves land value in Austin is public: rezoning requests, planned unit developments, neighborhood plan amendments, site plans. It is spread across City systems and hard to read for one specific location. RezoneWatch puts it in one place, measured against your property.

How we work

  • Public records only, with the source named on every case.
  • No guesses presented as facts: missing data is shown as missing.
  • Personal names from applications are not displayed.
  • Nothing is e-mailed to anyone who has not confirmed their address.
